The General Hospital spoilers for Friday, November 3rd, reveal that the plucky population of Port Charles has some serially soapy situations to suss out!

But What If?

Over at GH, Sam (Kelly Monaco) is still relegated to her bed, still crying, when Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) pays her dear daughter a visit, dear Soap Cities readers? She asks her the question the whole town is asking.

“What if this man’s story is true, and he really is Jason?”

Sam is, of course, understandably, overwhelmed.

Say Yes!

She smiles back with flirtatious approval.

I Know What Happened

Don’t Miss: Another ABC sudser fan fave is coming back, but not as who you might think!

Franco (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) have an intense conversation, also at the hospital.

“Jason had a twin, and I know what happened to him,” Franco tells Elizabeth.

She looks very eager, yet almost nervous, to hear the story.

I Got This

Curtis (Donnell Turner) tells Jason (Billy Miller) something he’ll be glad to hear in this time of upheaval, no doubt.

“I want you to know: I got your back!” Curtis says to his pal.

Trouble? Trouble!
