Did you know that Kristian is also an accomplished figure skater? She can boast a gold medal courtesy of her participation in the Junior Olympic Figure Skating championships at age 13. She had to give up competitive skating soon after, the result of a leg injury–from tobogganing!

Kristian considers Days veteran actress, the late Frances Reid (Alice) her acting mentor, as she was new to acting when she started on Days. “She was very patient with me, very giving,” said Alfonso.

Doting Mom
As if acting and designing weren’t enough to keep her busy, Kristian can also boast the crown jewel in her life–being a mom. She has two sons, Gino and Jack, and stepson Spartan.
