The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, February 23rd, predict that the Sally may have jumped the gun, while Bill seeks to see his plan through.

She talks a big game, this new Sally (Courtney Hope), and she’s managed to convince her followers to have confidence in her. But will the fashion world, particularly the critics that can make or break a collection, think she can actually deliver? She tells Thomas (Pierson Fode) that the review of her debut collection that she’s expecting hasn’t come out, and this troubles her. Thomas seems taken with the passionate Sally. And she is pretty charming! He reassures her that she’s going to get a fabulous review. Everyone follows “Eye on Fashion” reporter Jarrett Maxwell’s lead, so a thumbs up or a thumbs down from him is crucial for Spectra 2.0. But never fear, Sally, it looks like Thomas will be there to pick up the pieces if things don’t go your way!
Bill’s At It Again
Meanwhile, Bill (Don Diamont) meets with the sleazy, skittish Jarrett to ensure that Sally’s collection bombs in the press. A negative review from Jarrett could be the kiss of death for the Spectra revival, after all. And Bill, always seeking to expand his empire, wants to tear down the Spectra warehouse and send the poor dears packing. While he waits on Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) to come running back to him, as he expects, he might as well turn his attention to some pressing business matters. Brooke didn’t call him her Stallion for nothing.
