Patrika Darbo Back to Days This Summer

Nancy will have to have some long talks with Chloe when Patrika Darbo brings her back this summer!

If you’ve missed Patrika Darbo’s loving, sometimes misguided, Salem mom, Nancy Wesley lately, you won’t have to for much longer.

Don’t Miss a Minute of Darbo!

Darbo committed to a certain number of Days episodes before getting the juicy role of Shirly Spectra on Bold and the Beautiful.” Yay for us at Soap Cities, as we are big Darbo fans, as are many of you dear readers out there. We’ll take as much of this dazzling actor as we can get!

“Because I committed to those shows [before being cast as Shirley on B&B], Brad [Bell] let me finish them. They don’t air until June. It’s [material written by]the old writers,” Darbo told Soap Hub.

Caring for Chloe

“When I came back in 2013, Nancy took Parker to Rio! So she’s always doing something nice to protect [Chloe]. She loves Holly, too. Part of her wants to do the right thing. She also wants to protect her child,” Darbo said.

Well, Nancy, you’ve got your hands full right about now. Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) has legally won a custody battle for Holly in court, but even she seems to falter at times in the belief that it’s right to separate Holly from Nicole (Arianne Zucker). Perhaps, Nancy can help Chloe see that another custody arrangement would be best for everyone, including Holly. She won a Daytime Emmy for her role in Acting Dead last year..

Darbo originated the role of Nancy Wesley on Days in 1998.

In 200o she was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for the part. She won a Soap Opera Digest in 1999 for it.
