Over at Spencer Publications, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) stands behind Bill (Don Diamont) in his office, as he makes Liam (Scott Clifton) an offer.
“Would you do me the honor,” Bill asks, “of staying on at Spencer and being my right hand?” Is this some deranged way of getting revenge for Bill, or is he for real? What do you think, dear Soap Cities readers?
Steffy seems to think it’s genuine on Bill’s part, as she smiles and looks at peace for the first time in weeks!
