Christopher posted a pic of himself outside his Days dressing room and commemorated his first month at the show. Where in the world did the time go, dear readers? He noted that it was the start of a “great story.” Intriguing!

A Surprising Switcheroo!
When Christopher’s GH character, Nikolas, a fan fave and fixture in the soap’s Port Charles setting, fell out a window in his ancestral castle, word got out that he would be seen again when his new contract had been negotiated. Well, as forlorn GH fans know, the terms of his return were never brokered. Since then, several of his GH costars have left the show or almost left the show when ABC played contract hardball with them.

With ex-GH writer Ron Carlivati now at the writerly helm of Days of Our Lives, rumors swirled that Christopher would be moving from Port Chuck to Salem. Soap Cities was among the first to bring our readers the news that Christopher had been hired by the NBC sudser for an as-yet-unnamed role, with a pic of him on the soap’s set!
GH fans have been vocal in the comments on Christopher’s pic, practically begging him to return to that soap. If only it were that simple, right, readers? Perhaps it could have been if his contract had been worked out. And of course, in daytime, you never know what’ll happen!
