The General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 15th, predict that many in Port Charles are in the thick of weighty dramas, some serious, some more carefree!
Only One Choice
Sam (Kelly Monaco) is outside Jason’s (Billy Miller) hospital room, with tears in her eyes and life and death on her mind. Her best friend, Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Monica (Leslie Charleson) are there with her.
She tells them in a loud voice, wracked with emotion: “There’s only one choice I can make!” What do you think it is, dear Soap Cities readers?

Important Enough That I Called, Old-School Style
We so rarely use landlines anymore, right, readers? When we do, it usually means the situation or what we have to say is unusual.
Friday, Anna (Finola Hughes) calls Finn (Michael Easton) on a landline. He still looks to be in no mood to talk, what with only recently being ghosted by his true love.
“It’s really important. I need to see you,” Anna tells Finn. Even we’re getting weary of this–just get to the point, dear Anna!
Winsome at Wyndemere
Don’t Miss: Do you know what Steve Burton’s first airdate will be–find out!
Over that the Cassadine castle, Nina (Michelle Stafford) looks quite fetching, objectively lovely and also happy!
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is reading a book on the couch and asks her if she’s going somewhere. She gives him a beaming smile in response.
Show Me the Cray Cray
At Franco’s (Roger Howarth) show, many Port Chuckles notables are gathered and have quips galore on hand.
“Better In Bed than Dead: My Night With a Serial Killer,” says Maxie (Kirsten Storms), which makes Nathan (Ryan Paevey) spit up his punch.
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) meets her beau’s self-professed biggest fan. We thought that was Heather (Robin Mattson).
Franco notes to an attendant art lover that “that painting’s not for sale.”
Must-Read: Ryan Paevey is in a movie with this NBC (and ABC) soap vet!
Pier-side Chats
They’re always so intense in Port Charles, aren’t they, readers?
In the foggy cover of the pier, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) have a talk.
“I was about to make you the same offer,” Curtis notes.
