The General Hospital spoilers for Friday, August 4th, foretell that Dante might just make it in time to save his dear old dad–but then, he might NOT!
Freeze, Mr. Construction Worker!
Finally, we have some hope that this latest Sonny-related nightmare might be over soon! Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) intervenes just before the construction site–and Sonny (Maurice Benard) along with it–are destroyed! Honestly, sometimes it seems like Sonny might have been better off under lifelong house arrest.

On a side note, is Dante looking extra scrumptious with his latest haircut–not to mention while being a gallant cop!
A Pair You Never Wanted to See Together!
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) pays Ava (Maura West) a visit at the Jerome flat. She’s looking as she often does these days, exhausted by her misfortune–yet somehow still beautiful! She asks the Kooky Casadine: “What is it you think you can offer me that will get me to change my mind?”
Valentin smirks a sly grin in response.

Laura Left With No Choice
Outside Kelly’s, the wind blowing her fabulous hair gently, Laura (Genie Francis) breaks some tough news to Spencer (Nicholas J. Bechtel). With Kevin at her side, she tells everyone’s favorite whippersnapper, “I don’t want to d this, but I have made up my mind.”
Will it be back to boarding school for Spencer, do you think, dear Soap Cities readers?
Disturbing Dreams
Over at GH, Sam (Kelly Monaco) is starting to look healthy and happy again. She’s got the color back in her cheeks, she’s not sweating and crying constantly. Nurse Deanna is at her bedside and asks her if she had a bad dream. She answers that she’s not sure it was a dream!
Garvey May Be a Goner
Meanwhile, Garvey may not be long for this world. But Jason (Billy Miller) is determined to get the truth about Sonny out of him if it’s the last thing he does! He shakes him almost violently as he lies in his bed and demands to know who shot his best bud, El Corinthos!
