…boring, or so goes the saying in fictional storytelling circles. Perhaps the Salem gods are a writer’s workshop group then. Because Marlena (Deidre Hall) and John’s (Drake Hogestyn) happy reunion proves to be short-lived Thursday. Marlena receives some disturbing info about John.

An Unofficial Interrogation
Now that he’s beginning to suspect he’s been misled about how his mother died, Tripp (Lucas Adams) has questions–lots of them. He asks Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) some of them, specifically about the day Ava was murdered. Will the answers “Tripp” lightly off Kayla’s tongue? Sorry–puns and wordplay with Tripp’s name are too hard to resist!

Meanwhile, Brady (Eric Martsolf) makes a serious request of Eric (Greg Vaughan). He asks him a favor. In his current condition, Brady can’t help Nicole, so we’re guessing Brady’s favor request(who may feel like he owes Brady something) is related to his love, Nicole.
