The General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 8th, predict that Nina has to make a tough choice and Michael has a surprising feeling about Sonny.
So Help Me God
When you’re on the stand you’re supposed to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But will Nina (Michelle Stafford) do that Wednesday at Charlotte’s (Scarlett Fernandez’s) custody trial? She tells the court she wants to tell the truth about her marriage. After Laura (Genie Francis) played on her insecurities Tuesday, who knows what version of the truth she’ll tell. Laura did, after all, convince her that she could side with Lulu and still have Charlotte in her life.
Over Her Dead Body
It’s been a murder decades in the making: Liv (Tonja Walker) would like to see Anna (Finola Hughes) dead once and for all. As the two enemies hold guns at each other, Liv tells her latest hapless victim, Griffin (Matt Cohen) that Anna must die. We’re guessing Anna won’t need help defending herself, but if she does, Griffin, who cares for her very much, will be there to provide that help. Of course Griffin may have his own issues to deal with, such as being possessed by the soul of his dearly departed dad!
Sonny’s Mea Culpa
Sonny (Maurice Benard) tells Michael (Chad Duell) he’s sorry. If only Sonny knew that he didn’t actually sleep with Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and could prove it! Michael meanwhile has misgivings about Sonny. Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Nelle that if she ever comes near Carly’s family again, there’s going to be hell to pay. Judging by the sly smile on Nelle’s face when she says this, Nelle isn’t fazed. Does she not remember having the her you know what handed to her the other day by Carly?

I loved to slap that’look’ off Nells face.
Hahahahaha! We hear you, Joan. We keep wondering where Nelle will go from here. Everyone in town hates her!
