“Bold and the Beautiful” fan fave Katherine Kelly Lang took to social media to let fans in on what the cast of the CBS sudser are up to!

Soap Cities earlier this month brought you the news that many “Bold and the Beautiful” (B&B) cast luminaries will be part of a 30th anniversary celebration episode-arc taping in Australia. Read on to see all about what the Lang shared on social media about this, as well online posts by Studio 10. That channel is the Australian home of “Bold and the Beautiful” (B&B).
The show has remained mum on exactly what LA’s most glamorous bunch is set to do in the Land Down Under, so let’s take the opportunity to do what soap fans have done for time immemorial: speculate!
Let’s Speculate, Mate
Now, in Lang’s fun online messages there are some notable inclusions and exclusions of fellow cast mates. We couldn’t help but think what these mean for story.
Granted, these are just some fun, casual behind the scenes pics Lang shared, and an official video announcement included some other cast members. However, we noticed Darin Brooks (Wyatt Spencer) isn’t in any of the social media posts or the official vide. A) We love Wyatt–sad! B) It makes us think that perhaps he didn’t join his cast mates in Aussie merriment because Liam (Scott Clifton) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are getting married there. A Steam wedding would also explain why both Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Bill (Don Diamont) are going.
Wouldn’t it be fun for Ridge and Bill to get lost in the outback together? Or for Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Eric (John McCook) to attend the Sydney opera for a night of glitz and glamour?
Whatever storylines it brings, it looks like this is going to be a neat way to say, “Happy Anniversary, B&B!”
The show hasn’t said exactly when these episodes will air.
Some Off-Screen Fun Too
Also pictured in one of Lang’s social media posts is her beau, Dominique Zoida. These two are one of our favorite off-screen soap couples. You can just feel how much they care for each other, as it comes across in photographs.
