“Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, January 1st tease that Devon gets the upper hand, while Lauren must vindicate herself.
The Student Surpasses the Teacher
Devon (Bryton James), genuine and kind though he is, must have learned a lot about double-crossing and dishonesty from his relationship with Hilary. Tomorrow he bests Hilary (Mishael Morgan) at something she’s quite good at. That could be a whole host of underhanded methods of dealing with people. We’re guessing it has something to do with staying in his personal life. Devon truly seems to have had it with the woman he once thought could do no wrong.
Reed Repents
Apparently, know-it-all teenagers sometimes see the error of their ways. That’s the case Wednesday, when Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) is sorry for his actions. He’s done a lot of things Victoria (Amelia Heinle) didn’t want him to lately, so perhaps that’s what he feels guilt about. Or maybe his guilt is due to an altogether unrelated person or topic. You never know with adolescents!
She Doesn’t Need a Lawyer
Lauren (Tracy Bregman) comes to her own defense tomorrow. The party at The Underground led to a lot of craziness for a lot of people. Lauren also has been involved in some nasty corporate intrigue of late. Take your pic of Lauren-related drama to wager a guess as to what area in which she has to vouch for the validity of her own actions. Whatever it is, she’ll likely come out the winner, as this Genoa City heroine is back and in it to win it, you better believe!
