Over at Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) apartment, she and her BF aren’t pleased.
Chelsea eagerly snatches a paper from Nick (Joshua Morrow). As she reads it, she says, “They want to sell Chancellor Park?! That’s ridiculous!”

Christmas Trees and Am-bushes
There may be a Christmas tree all decked out in Yuletide splendor at the offices of The Hilary Hour, but it’s still the same old ruthless gossip newsmagazine it always has been!
“Tessa has to come on The Hilary Hour and tell her side of the story,” Hilary (Mishael Morgan) says to Devon (Bryton James). Her ex looks skeptical, as one might expect, right, dear Soap Cities readers?

Meanwhile, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) lives every daughter’s worst nightmare! She walks in on her mom, Sharon (Sharon Case) under the sheets with Scott (Daniel Hall).
“I thought you were at the studio!” Sharon says with an embarrassed smile, as Mariah averts her eyes lest her corneas get burned out;
Dirty and Disgusting
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) yells at Kevin (Greg Rikaart): “Victor used you to do his dirty work, and I think it is disgusting,” finishing off her mini-diatribe with a finger wagged in a hapless Kevin’s face.
