The Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, December 12th, foretell that the sassy souls of Salem have some decidedly soapy situations to contend with. But it’s ok–they are daytime pros, so they can handle it!

As all you dear Soap Cities readers and Days fans know, JJ (Casey Moss) has been going though hell since he accidentally shot Theo (Kyler Pettis), putting him in a coma. He’s wracked with guilt.

Tuesday, a Salem resident with a lot of experience helping people deal with tough situations steps in. Eric (Greg Vaughan) attempts to help poor JJ deal with the guilt that’s causing him an existential crisis.

Meanwhile, Abe (James Reynolds) continues to try to make sense of what happened to his son. Tuesday, he questions Eli (Lamon Archey) about Theo’s shooting. Will he get answers? Will they help him deal with his own grief, or make it worse?

In other news, Doug (Bill Hayes) gives Rafe (Galen Gering) a stern warning. No one except Sami (Alison Sweeney)–and kind of Will (Chandler Massey), now–knows what Rafe is feeling inside about his tryst with the Sam-ster, but hopefully this won’t make his turmoil worse, right, readers?
