Sally and Liam in The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, November 1st, reveal that LA’s most glamorous bunch continues wading through the soapy bubbles always cascading down upon them!

Bill’s Bullheadedness

At the Spectra Warehouse, Liam (Scott Clifton) and Sally (Courtney Hope) have a talk.

Liam speaks in a low, soft voice, as if to break the bad news to Sally gently: “My dad’s going to build his skyscraper here.” He nods while saying this, bringing home its finality.

Related: See who’ll play Thorne Forrester on the show soon–hint: it’s not Winsor Harmon!

“I can’t keep fighting and losing,” Sally says back, her voice laced with sadness and desperation.

Don’t Miss: These three B&B stars were just in South Africa to honor that country’s many CBS sudser fans!

Liam’s Over-involvement

In his own office, Bill (Don Diamont) has some things to say to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) on the same general topic.

Must-Read: This is what Don Diamont thinks Bill’s punishment should be for the Spectra fire!

“He’s too involved, Steffy–attached to Sally and Spectra in a way he shouldn’t be,” Bill tells Steffy. Hmmm….trying to lay the seeds of marital discord, is Bill, dear Soap Cities readers? What do you think? Will Bill get his skyscraper built? Will Steffy be able to continue to run interference for the fractured Spencer clan, of which she is now a part, after all?

Before You Go: Katherine Kelly Lang had some interesting things to say on Brooke and Bill’s latest failed union!
