You Can Make Banks On That!

On November 2nd, dear Soap Cities readers, when you tune into our beloved Days of Our Lives, you may not believe your peepers!

Eileen Davidson will be back on the show–but not as Kristen DiMera. Instead she’ll play Kristen’s bucktoothed doppelgänger, Susan Banks, reported soap’s premier journo. Michael Logan in TV Guide’s latest issue, on newsstands now! She’ll figure into the whole Will Horton Returns Mega-Story Arc!

“They connect the characters in a very cool and unforeseen way that’s both funny and tragic,” Davidson told Logan.

Comb-Overs Are Popular These Days

Given that there’s a comb-over in the Oval Office, what Davidson teased about her upcoming Salem storyline fits into the cultural moment well.

Davidson said we may see several of the five characters she’s played on Days, even though her return is mostly Susan-centric.

Must-Read: And this Days icon opened up about his feelings about the same onscreen son’s comeback!

“You may even see a comb-over,” she hinted.

Getting Real on the Real Housewives

Davidson said she left The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for two reasons. She said her work schedule was just too hectic to stay on The Young and the Restless, Housewives, and now Days.

“There was no bad blood, I just didn’t want to spend any more time with that kind of energy in my world…I left the show for the exact reason I joined it. Life is short,” Davidson said.

Before You Go: This CBS star is set to make his way to good ol’ Salem!
