The Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, October 18th, predict that the sassy souls of Salem see some stunning soapy scandals occur!

Doppelgänger Duty

It’s not every day you hear that your sister/in-law has, for the last several weeks, been not really your sister/in-law, but someone who looks identical to her and has been impersonating her to deleterious effect!

But that’s exactly what happens to Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) on hump day, when Justin (Wally Kurth) updates them on the “Adrienne” situation! Hopefully, hearing the news from Dimples Kiriakis will soften the blow a little.

Mother Knows Best

Sami (Alison Sweeney) seeks comfort from Marlena (Deidre Hall). Who can blame her! A lot has changed since she was in town. Maybe Marlena can do what she does best and hypnotize her into taking it all in stride!

Faker Fantasy

Meanwhile, Bonnie (Judi Evans) visits Mickey’s grave. While there, she has a fantasy. Kind of a weird place to have a reverie, but whatever floats your boat.

Don’t Miss: See what this Salem fan fave said about the rough times we’ve all seen lately!

Which reminds us, wasn’t it funny when Bonnie told Victor (John Aniston) she would pass on the sausage, as she was “more of a sticky buns” kind of gal. And then Victor said he’d lost his appetite!

Help Him, Please!

Sonny (Freddie Smith), meanwhile, turns to Chad (Billy Flynn) and Andre (Thaao Penghlis) for help.

Must-Read: This CBS soap star is set to make his way to Salem super-soon!
