Y&R star Jason Thompson and his son, Bowie.

The daytime vet, Jason Thompson, took to social media to share the wonderful news of her birth.

Welcome, Indeed

Thompson posted an absolutely darling picture of his daughter yesterday, the day she came into this spinning orb of wonder we call our home.

He posted a caption including the simple yet moving message, “Welcome to Earth.”

Thompson and Jonas have a son, Bowie Banjo, who turned one in May.

Must-Read: Wouldn’t this ABC soap star in contract limbo make a perfect Kyle Abbott?

We brought you news that Thompson and his wife were expecting their daughter, whom they named Rome Coco, in May.

Art Imitates Life

Thompson’s General Hospital legacy character, Patrick Drake, son of Noah Drake, has a daughter, Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) with Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough), and they have another little one on the way (off-screen).

Don’t Miss: See what these three Y&R stars had to say on their steamy on-screen love triangle.

His Y&R alter ego already has two children, Katie and Johnny. We’re sensing a pattern here: two kids is the way to go for Thompson and all his on-screen alter-egos–unless of course any of them has more children!

Soap Cities offers its congratulations and best wishes to Thompson, Paloma, Bowie, and Coco on this auspicious occasion. There truly is nothing like children–especially babies–to bring love, light, and laughter to your life. We wish Jason and his family all the best!
