He notes that perhaps $Bill Spencer has done something to someone he feels bad about.

Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) meanwhile, notes, wide-eyed, that her beau will be taking a little leave of absence from his baby, Spencer Publications. Let’s face it–it was necessary for him to do so!

Are You Serious?

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is appalled at Bill.

“My god, arson, Bill?!” she asks. “You had to know there would be repercussions.

Don’t Miss: A hunky Latin actor will soon be the new gardner at the Forrester Mansion.

Over at Spencer, Liam (Scott Clifton) makes a phone call. He rings Sally (Courtney Hope) and asks her if he can see her to discuss something.

Sally makes a phone call of her own, saying, “If I’ve ever needed you, it’s now.”
