Robert Scott Wilson, who’s set to reprise the role of Ben Weston on Days of Our Lives.

Hold on to–well, everything you hold dear!–Robert Scott Wilson is coming back to Salem as Ben Weston!

Behold, Batty Ben

The very villainous Batty Ben’s portrayer, Wilson, is bringing that unforgettable Salem-ite back to Days of Our Lives reported our wonderful friends at Soap Opera Digest.

“I couldn’t have asked for a better entrance back to Salem—when no one sees it coming. Bad times don’t last, but bad guys do.”

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

How Do You Solve Problem Like Ben?

As Days fans will recall, Wilson played that special kind of villain handsome to a fault–but also evil to a fault. Much like his father Clyde (James Read) before him.

Must Read: This ex-Salem-ite is in a movie with a current GH star.

We couldn’t help but be drawn to him while also deeply afraid of him!

We know he’ll be featured in at least 11 episodes this time around, but you never know, if things go well, maybe he’ll stick around for longer, right, dear Soap Cities readers?

Don’t Miss: See what iconic scene Wilson and Massey re-filmed to explain Massey’s return!

Wilson’s been keeping himself busy with other projects since leaving Salem last, and we have to say, this is one return we didn’t see coming. We can’t wait to see how it plays out! We do know, it has at least partially to do with the return of Wilson’s cast mate, Chandler Massey, as Will Horton.

Kudos and thanks to our friend, Casey Hutchison, who broke this news on the Soaps In Review podcast he co-hosts!
