The Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, July 13th, tease that there’s oodles of drama as Nikki prepares for her concert–but it may not even happen!

Break a Leg

Ok, in this situation, that might not be the best good luck saying! It’s chaos backstage before Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) performance. That’s always the case before a live show of any kind, right, dear Soap Cities readers? But this is Genoa City, so multiply that chaos you’d normally expect by ten! Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) comes upon Nikki and tells her maybe the universe is trying to interfere with her performance to give her a break!

Related: Melody Thomas Scott opened up about her the topics she covered in her revealing, upcoming memoir.

Attitude From Abby

In another area behind the curtain, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) comes upon Abby (Melissa Ordway). Abby’s trying to deal with a broken audio board. She’s still not a big fan of Victoria’s, also. She tells Vic that if she can’t fix the audio board, she’s not wanted there.

Also: Scott dished on Nikki’s MS flare-up and whether she’ll finally ditch Victor.

How Can I Do That?

Nick (Joshua Morrow), with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) at his side has another tense conversation with Victor (Eric Braeden). He asks dear ol’ dad how he can tell everyone that she show is still going on?

Victor says, “Because it is.”

Leave Our Mom Alone

Don’t Miss: Y&R fans will be happy to read this great news about the CBS sudser.

Protective progeny Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) isolate Dina (Marla Adams) from Graham (Max Shippee).
