The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, July 7th, tease that Kevin, Michael, and Esther have a conversation that leaves two of them at a loss for words.
Please, Please With a Cherry on Top
Over at Jill’s (Jess Walton) Kevin visits the Esther (Kate Linder), and Michael’s (Christian LeBlanc) there too. Kevin has a simple, but perhaps tough-to-grant request for them. He says, “Please tell me that you understand, and that you’re not going to make this any harder than it already is.” They look befuddled in response.

Motherly Advice Needed
At Crimson Lights, Sharon (Sharon Case) comes upon an introspective-looking Mariah (Camryn Grimes). She asks her mom if Sharon thinks one ever gets over the love of one’s life. Sharon is taken aback, and has a look like, “What are YOU asking for, daughter dearest?!” And what IS she asking for, dear Soap Cities readers?
Also: All you Y&R fans will be so happy to hear the good news about the sudser’s future at CBS.
Not So Fast
In other mom news, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) have their own little chat at Nikki’s. Nikki looks happier and more alive than we’ve seen her in a while. She tells Nick she’s ready to walk out on that stage tomorrow.
Nick tells her, in a rather serious voice tinged with concern, “You’re not doing that.” Nikki is surprised and deflated by this response from Nick.

Maybe he had laryngitis while taping, then was later able to dub the dialogue over the tape? I noticed during the trial his voice sounded slightly strained too!
His voice is awful! I wish they would change his voice back if possible. It doesn’t even sound real.
Any idea on the voice over yet. Just now getting to watch it and it’s HORRIBLE
