The General Hospital spoilers for Monday, July 17th, foretell that even though Ava’s skin is starting to heal, her psychic wounds may have a ways to go.
Heartbreak in the Hospital
Last week, didn’t your hearts break when Kiki (Hayley Erin) brought Avery to visit Ava (Maura West) at the hospital, dear Soap Cities readers? Ava felt Avery was scared of her because of the mom’s wounds and bandages. She wept, as anyone would, and told Kiki never to bring Avery back to her again. Monday, she tells Griffin there isn’t a chance in hell she’s getting out of GH.

Nevertheless, Griffin has good news.
Proceed, Lovers
As Anna (Finola Hughes) and Andre (Anthony Montgomery) grow closer, Anna feels like clearing their blossoming relationship with a friend who may have some opinions about it: Jordan (Vinessa Antoine). Jordan gives her good buddy, Anna, her blessing.

Even Auntie Has a Past
The longer Auntie Stella (Vernee Watson-Johnson) sticks around Port Charles–and we hope it’s for a long time, don you, readers?–we’re learning more and more about her. For example, she’s had health problems in the form of strokes in the past! Monday, her doting nephew, Curtis (Donnell Turner) asks her about her personal life back in Baltimore.
Curtis feels guilty.

Too Far, Spencer; Too Combative, Valentin
Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) continues his dancing of going over the line–and probably being yanked back behind it by Laura (Genie Francis). Spencer yells at Charlotte that her Papa killed his father!
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) tells Laura he will protect what’s his by whatever means necessary.
Couples Do Well, and Not so Well
With a big smile on her face, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Sonny she wants him to do something for her. He seems very receptive!
