If you’ve missed seeing Kate Mansi onscreen as the bold, beloved Abigail Deveraux on Days of Our Lives, you needn’t miss her any longer!

Mother May I?

Mansi’s latest film, Mother of All Secrets, was released May 26th. And it looks like a doozie. You can see the full trailer below.

In it, Mansi plays a pregnant wife, whose husband has a, shall we say, controlling mother. They’re on an island getaway when who should show up but mommy. She begins meddling in the couple’s marriage, and things go south, fast–adultery, missing persons, and maybe even murder! It’s a good thing Mansi has Abby’s experience with psychotic people, affairs, kidnapping, and homicide as acting training for this intense, emotional role.

Don’t Miss: Chandler Massey teases hot comeback storyline.

1980s superstar Kelly McGillis from Top Gun and Weird Science plays Mansi’s mom. Mansi, though, gets top billing in the psychological thriller.

The movie’s website teases: “Revenge is so much sweeter in the sun.” But whose character’s getting revenge–McGillis or Mansi?

The movie is in post-production but has no release date as yet. Keep checking back with Soap Cities, dear readers, for updates!

A Beloved Daytime Personality

Mansi stepped into the role of Abby on Days in 2011. In that time, she took the Deveraux daughter from wild child to devoted mother.
