It’s the moment so many of us have been waiting for, GH fans–Kirsten Storms will be back on our screens soon!

We’ve kept you in suspense long enough. Storms will be back in Port Charles on July 24th, reported Soaps In Depth. Isn’t it great, dear Soap Cities (SC) readers?

Storms took a leave of absence in March for personal reasons. This was the third in a series of breaks the talented thespian and fan favorite took from the ABC sudser.

A Bright Future–and Past!

Storms got her daytime start as Belle on Days of Our Lives, a role she played from 1999 to 2004.

In 2005 she took on the role she made a GH classic, that of legacy character Maxie Jones. Storms has seen Maxie through several memorable relationships, jobs, and plenty of soap-y drama. She plays Maxie with a flair and pizazz that’s made both the character and the actress a hit with fans.

We know all you GH fans out there are as excited about her return to Port Charles in late July as we are!

Storms has a daughter, Harper Rose, with Brandon Barash (ex-Johnny Zacchara).
