The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, May 3rd, foretell that Dina Mergeron is back in Genoa City, mixing things up.
Mommy’s Home!
The woman who is mother to Jack (Peter Bergman), Ashley (Eileen Davidson), and Traci (Beth Maitland) is making a Genoa City comeback!
In light of this, Jack asks Ashley, over at Jabot, whether she’s curious about why Mergeron Industries (though the writers have been calling it “Enterprises”) is up for sale.
Ashley looks like she doesn’t care. Her mom’s return is making her look back at some of the pain in her past.

Swimming Pools, Movie Stars
And apparently, private jets! Neil (Kristof St. John) and Devon (Bryton James) are decked out in some dapper duds aboard a private jet. Devon expresses confidence about the deal they’re trying to make happen. Neil acts as a mitigating force, saying they can’t be sure they’re going to close this deal.

No Time Like the Present
At Newman Enterprises, Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Victor (Eric Braeden) talk more business. Victor notes that they haven’t made a big acquisition in a while, and maybe this is a good time. Ashley looks nervous and unsure in response.
