The star of not one but two CBS shows, Julie Chen, is set to appear on another, The Young and the Restless, Wednesday.

Hilary Goes Ga Ga in La La Land

Hilary Hamilton (Mischael Morgan) won’t believe her eyes tomorrow–and you may not either, dear Soap Cities readers–when she sees none other than former CBS News Anchor and current Daytime Talk Show Host Julie Chen out and about in LA. See a clip below!

“While in Tinseltown, Hilary has a chance encounter with one of her journalism heroes, The Talk and Big Brother host Julie Chen, and becomes determined to have Chen as a guest on her nationally syndicated show, The Hilary Hour,” according to CBS Daytime.

Will Hilary be able to convince Chen to appear on Hour, which is more salacious gossip than down-to-Earth chat?

Seeing Green

Don’t Miss: Two Y&R actors are set to get a lot older, fast–it’s a case of SORAS.

While in Southern California, Hilary is also reconnecting with Howard Green (David Faustino) the former host of GC Buzz that Devon fired, hoping to take that Genoa City gab fest in a kinder, more respectable direction. Hilary took a creative U-turn, however, and hoped to return Buzz to its former self. Now, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is left to deliver more traditional, dare we say, ethical, news over at Buzz while Hilary concentrates on her new talk show in GC.

Also: Jason Thompson had exciting news about his family recently.

We can’t wait to see how Chen reacts to Hilary’s invite. And if she does accept it, what will that episode of Hour be like? What do you think, readers?
