The General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, May 17th, tease that Valentin lets Nina know he’s not going anywhere!

I Want You Back

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) tells Nina (Michelle Stafford) Wednesday that he will get her to trust him again–emphasis on the “will.” In response, Nina looks like she’s being held up by a crazed gunman or something. It may take a lot more than declaration of loyalty to sway this one.

Down But Not Out

Over in London, Anna’s (Finola Hughes) doctor visits her room and asks what’s going on. She somehow manages to turn the tables on her captors, or whatever they are. Well, she is a trained spy with decades of experience in subterfuge and risky moves, so we’re not surprised. Are you, dear Soap Cities readers?

She Wants What’s Best

Bobbie (Jaclyn Zeman) wants what’s best for her dear daughter, Carly (Laura Wright). And Nurse Spencer has shown an admirable ability to see just what that is during the past year or so, even when no one else could.

As the two chat, Carly doubles down on her plans to move ahead with divorcing Sonny (Maurice Benard).

“You have the most to lose here,” Martina (Days Vaidya) tells Sonny, meanwhile. His response is that she doesn’t know him at all.

Unexpected Surprises

Lulu (Emme Rylan) notes that life is full of them in a conversation with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna).

Michael, by Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) hospital bedside, tells the young woman that he’s going to see to it that she gets the best care available.
