The General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, May 4th, foretell that Tracy leaves her family speechless–well, compared to what they’re normally like–when she tells them something big!

Believe It, Q-Family

If you’re a Quartermaine, what better time to make a shocking proclamation then when you’re entire family is gathered ’round you and not expecting it? Tracy (Jane Elliott) takes such an opportunity to tell her fellow Quartermaines that she’s going to make a new life for herself somewhere.

Ned says he can’t believe it. Monica is simply floored, and the rest of the family is pretty stunned too!

Carly (Laura Wright) gets a feeling something’s not right. She may have a Spencer sixth sense and wonder what Sonny (Maurice Benard) did differently the previous night. Diane (Carolyn Hennessy) asks Carly what part of “any of this” surprises her. For once, Carly looks uncertain how to respond.

Cheer Up and Dance

Over at Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) place, Amy (Risa Dorken) and Nathan have a chat. Drinking a sad, lonely beer, Nathan wonders whether Maxie needs him anymore.

Don’t Miss: Ryan Paevey took a GH break recently for this.

Amy also makes an effort to get Nathan to help with the upcoming Nurse’s Ball.

Spencer Surprise!

Remember that Spencer sixth sense we mentioned, dear Soap Cities readers, well perhaps Luke (Anthony Geary) felt his ears tingling too upon Tracy’s announcement. The gone but definitely not forgotten Spencer patriarch reappears!

Also: We told you of Anthony Geary’s impending return.
