General Hospital star Kelly Thiebaud has some exciting news for her fans: she just landed the lead in a new movie!
Script Gives it Away
Thiebaud (ex-Britt Westbourne) took to Twitter to deliver the good news. She also included a Snapchat video that revealed her holding a script with the title of what we assume is the film, The Abduction of Angie. Thiebaud didn’t divulge what part she would play in the flick, but she said it was the lead! Scroll down to see that Tweet.
From West to East, and Back Again
Thiebaud changed coasts in December 2016 when she briefly moved to New York City for auditions and a stint in a sketch comedy show onstage, according to Soaps In Depth. Her Hallmark Channel movie, Love at First Glance, premiered on Valentine’s Day, so she has been quite the busy bee with projects. An Instagram pic she posted earlier this month showed a gleeful Thiebaud back in California. You can see that post below too.

A Match Made in Port Charles Heaven
Thiebaud got engaged to ex-costar Bryan Craig (Morgan Corinthos) last year. Though the two shared little onscreen time when they were both at GH, they hit it off offscreen. Their relationship status is unclear at this time.
However, perhaps if the Twitter campaign to get Craig back on GH works, and Thiebaud could reprise the role of Britt, we could see the two in a storyline together! Britt could help nurse Morgan back to health, if he returned from the “dead” after the explosion that resulted in his disappearance.
