Actor to Join Both Days and Y&R

Not many actors can say they debuted on two soaps at around the same time. Soon, another one will be able to! Annalisa Cochrane will make her “The Young and the Restless” debut next week and later this year on “Days of Our Lives.” Her online resume lists both roles as recurring.

Hello, Genoa City!

Annalisa Cochrane will play Zoey on Y&R, reported Soap Opera News (SON) yesterday. She will go to the same school as wild child Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu). Perhaps she’ll be a love-interest for Victoria’s son! Whatever her role, she might be just the calming influence he needs. She could also make him even tougher to control, if that’s even possible. Look for her debut on January 24th.

Hello, Salem!

TPTB at Days have also cast the young actor on their show. She will play Alyssa. SON speculated that “Alyssa” may be the long form of “Allie.” If so, she’d be playing a Days legacy character. Allie is, of course, the daughter of Sami (ex-Allison Sweeney) and Lucas (Bryan Datillo).

Young, but Experienced

Cochrane has numerous film and TV credits under her belt. She has had roles in the films “Flirting with Madness,” “Audrey Makes a Mixtape,” “Emma’s Chance. On TV, she has appeared on “Modern Family,” “Henry Danger,” and “Baby Daddy.”

A Fun Fact

Cochrane lived in Pune, India for a decade before making her way to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career, according to her IMDb profile.

Hopefully we’ll find out more interesting facts about this thespian talent in the future!
